I found this post written by the Mum of a teenage boy with Coeliacs Disease. It talks about the emotions you feel and I can relate to all of them. My daughter was 17 when we found out she was gluten intolerant and I went through similar feelings. I was determined to make her life as normal as possible and started making all sorts of bread and other things. Believe me, there were lots of disasters before I got it right and sometimes, I still have those kitchen disasters.
If you find yourself the mother of a child who is gluten free (or you are gluten free yourself) you will relate to this post.
