Storing Homemade StockI don't know about you but I use stock all the time. Not only is purchased stock expensive but it comes in those nasty tetrapaks. Making stock yourself is extremely cheap and easy so why wouldn't you?

Homemade StockI make this in my slow cooker but you can also make it in a saucepan on the stove. The thing about the slow cooker is you can just go away and forget about it until it's done.
