SpringAs I drive around the streets these days I am amazed by a myriad of colour, greens and browns, reds and oranges, yellows and pinks. Spring it would seem has definitely sprung!

MontrealSaturday morning after breakfast we decided to walk the streets of Montreal. The weather was cold and wet so we thought we'd try and travel through the underground city which is 33kms long (according to the tourist guide in our hotel room).

Sunday in MontrealWe were all exhausted on Sunday. Some young people along the hallway had decided to have a party till the wee small hours so not much sleep was had. We dragged ourselves out of bed and got ourselves organised to check out.

Recipes
Gluten Free BreadThis recipe is for a basic loaf of bread. It can be used for sandwiches but it's best eaten the day you make it. For some reason, this bread was way better made in New Zealand than in Canada - it could be the difference in altitude, it could be that the ingredients are slightly different - who knows. Anyway, if you make it, I'd love to hear how it turns out for you.
